Real Estate Closing Package

This package is an added incentive for real estate agents and brokers alike to offer their clients at closing. Real estate agents will be able to offer their clients these 4 incentives at the Urban Farmhouse for a fee.

  • 20% off all purchases for 6 months at Urban Farmhouse

  • Custom inspiration boards for their home

How it Works

Upon closing, the real estate agent/broker will pay the fee to the Urban Farmhouse. The Urban Farmhouse will then in-turn supply the following:

  • Gift Card

    The agent receives a gift card to use at their discretion as a thank you.

  • A card/certificate with the client’s name and information that the client will use each time

    A card/certificate with the client’s name and information that the client will use each time they make a purchase at the Urban Farmhouse to receive the 20% off.

  • Style Guide

    The style guide contains a welcome letter outlining everything the customer will receive and how to begin contacting the Urban Farmhouse to start.
